Labels for E-Liquids

Vaping, E-cigarettes, E-liquids – a trend has been goin on for years: away from the classic cigarette and towards the E-cigarette. Plus, the vaping experience can be fully customised; from selecting the appropriate E-cigarette to the perfect flavour that fully meets one’s taste. The range of different E-liquids and flavours is increasing – sometimes crazy – flavours are conquering the market. From classic vanilla to fruity flavours like melon to unusual flavours such as bubble gum or a nacho flavour.

When it comes to adhesive labels for e-liquids, their flavours and the like, the bright colours and trendy designs are particularly eye-catching. The design often reflects the respective flavour of the aroma: Fruity strawberry and lime flavours use red and green, fresh menthol flavours are highlighted by light blue, and creamy vanilla flavours use pastel colours and soft colour worlds. With the right and appropriate design of the label, the taste and quality of the product can be ideally underlined and communicated to the outside world.

When it comes to labelling, however, the focus should not only be on the design: For liquids and their flavours that are produced and distributed in the UK, some guidelines for correct labelling must be adhered to. Each unit packet and any container pack must include:

• a list of all ingredients contained in the product set out in descending order by weight
• an indication of the nicotine content of the product and the delivery per dose
• the batch number
• a recommendation to keep the product out of reach of children

By default, we print your e-liquid label as a roll label. This production method is particularly suitable if you process your labels by machine and apply them to the product automatically. For short print runs and manual application, production on A4 sheets can be more cost-effective.

For e-liquids of all flavours we recommend labels made of PP or PE film. These are particularly durable, resistant to oil and moisture and therefore ideally suited for products in the vaping industry.

You can also freely choose the shape and size of your label. Whether large or small, round, square or in your own custom shape – we print your label exactly according to your specifications. Tip: For small labels, we recommend a minimum size of 20×20 mm.
