Who are you?
Tell us a little about yourself
My name is Magnus and I’m 25 years old. I really enjoy working as part of a team and exchanging ideas with colleagues. I’d describe myself as open, helpful, and with a good sense of humour. I particularly enjoy finding ways to simplify processes and make them more sustainable.
What has your professional
career been like so far?
My professional journey began in 2018 at LinusWittich, where I completed a vocational training programme in the printing field. After successfully finishing this practical-and-theoretical training, I earned a recognised qualification in 2021. Building on this, I further developed my skills at Hauchler Studio, enrolling in an advanced full-time course in print production in autumn 2023, which I completed in summer 2024. Looking ahead to 2025, I decided to embrace a new professional challenge, which led me to join label.co.uk.
How Did Your Path Lead You to label.co.uk?
Even during my training, I had been following the development of label.co.uk, as I was particularly interested in the future potential of digital printing. At the end of 2024, a connection through colleagues opened up the opportunity for me to join the team.
What is your role at label.co.uk and what does your typical day look like?
At label.co.uk, I work alongside two colleagues in a three-shift system on an HP Indigo 8000 digital press. My main responsibilities include setting up and operating the machine, as well as carrying out quality checks on the print results. I also enjoy helping out in other departments and supporting the team wherever I can.
What Is Special about Your Job?
What makes my job special is that I gain extensive experience while working on the machine and, at the same time, I can work independently. I can also lend a hand in other departments, become familiar with different processes, and support the team. The variety of tasks and the opportunity to contribute actively make the role particularly engaging for me.

Some of the highlights at label.co.uk for me are definitely the company events. There aren’t many companies that celebrate so much, and I’m already looking forward to the upcoming gatherings.
