Who are you?
Tell us a little about yourself
I’m Emelie, and I work as a New Business Development Manager at label.co.uk. I love having a dynamic job that allows me to switch from working with spreadsheets to getting creative with design programmes. I also enjoy making plans and seeing them through step by step.

What has your professional
career been like so far?
I completed a vocational training programme in retail management and then worked for a few years in a signage company in the printing field. There, I gained experience in direct and foil printing, created print files, and also helped with assembly. At the same time, I completed my business management studies at a technical college.
How Did Your Path Lead You to label.co.uk?
After completing my studies, I wanted to try something new and came across a job posting from label.co.uk online. My first impression was immediately very positive, so I decided to apply.
What is your role at label.co.uk and what does your typical day look like?
As a New Business Development manager, I help build new markets and online shops. My day-to-day work is quite dynamic, as I manage multiple projects at the same time and constantly take on new challenges. Mainly, I coordinate different departments and external partners to ensure that a new shop is successfully launched.

What Is Special about Your Job?
For me, it’s definitely the variety. I often get tasks that are completely new to me and I have to figure things out from scratch, which is really exciting. And when everything works out in the end, just as you envisioned, it’s an amazing feeling.
