Who are you?
Tell us a little about yourself
I am Florian from the Online Marketing team. What defines me? That is always a tricky question, but I would say that I am a cheerful person with a good sense of humour who enjoys having fun.
What has your professional
career been like so far?
At the age of 18, wasn’t sure what career path I wanted to take, so I decided to do an internship in retail. as a salesperson. After my internship, I worked there for another year.

My next job was in sales at a wholesaler.
During that time, I became very interested in marketing, especially in the area of social media.
At the same time, I took further courses in business administration, social media marketing management and online marketing management. After two years as a sales representative, I switched to label.co.uk.
How did you find your way to label.co.uk ?
The journey to label.co.uk was quite straightforward. When I realised that my previous job was not the right fit for me, I came across a job posting for a customer advisor at label.co.uk. The young and dynamic online presence of the company motivated me to apply.

What is your role at label.co.uk , and what does your daily work look like?
After having the opportunity to transition from customer service to online marketing with a focus on social media: ‘my dream job’, I am now responsible for the social media channels of label.co.uk and its satellite shops.
My daily tasks include creating and analysing content for different platforms. I also work on projects such as our new recruitment video.
What makes your job special?
what makes label.co.uk a great employer?
The best part of my job is the creativity. Creating content is not always easy, but I love searching for interesting topics, implementing new ideas, and producing engaging posts or videos.
I really appreciate that, unlike many other companies, label.co.uk has chosen to appoint a full-time Social Media Manager and takes this role really seriously. That is not always a sure thing, but in my opinion it is absolutely crucial.
In short: I love my work environment. I really enjoy coming to work every day because it is fun. I strongly identify with the company and its corporate culture.
I also think it is great that label.co.uk not only provides opportunities for career development, as my own journey within the company shows, but also actively supports employees with training programmes. Oh, the company parties are always amazing too!

What has been your biggest highlight at label.co.uk sofar?
The company parties are always a highlight. However, aside from that, I have really enjoyed creating videos and posts for social media. We are currently working on a series of fun and educational reels about labels and everything related to them. These will be published later this year. So stay tuned and follow us on Instagram and Facebook—we share interesting and entertaining content every week.
