Order Labels Step by Step

1. Enter your required quantity. Thanks to digital printing, even short runs can be produced cost-effectively.
2. Select the number of label sorts you would like to include in your order. As long as the format and material remain the same, multiple designs can be combined within a single print run. Once your order has been completed, you can specify the quantity required for each individual sort and assign a name to each one. The total quantity should be entered in the quantity field at the start of the ordering process.
3. Enter your label dimensions.
4. Select your preferred material.
5. Choose from a range of finishing options for your roll labels. You can find detailed information about each option in our guide to label finishings.
6. Select a standard shape, such as square or round, or create a fully customised shape. A dedicated cutting tool will be produced for custom shapes without significant additional costs, giving you complete design freedom. Please note that the minimum label size is approximately 20 × 20 mm.
7. Enhance your labels with premium finishing options such as gold or silver hot foil stamping. Hot foil creates a distinctive, high-quality appearance that helps your products stand out.
8. Specify roll configuration details, including winding direction, core size and maximum outer diameter.
9. Upload your artwork and submit your order. Standard production times are typically 6–8 working days. You can track the status of your order at any time through your label.co.uk account.
