The file has spot colours that cannot be printed
Your artwork contains spot colours that cannot be reproduced using our printing process.
Watch the video to learn which Pantone colours are supported and how to identify unsupported spot colours, such as metallic or fluorescent Pantone shades.
We can reproduce Pantone C and Pantone U colours, but not metallic, fluorescent or other special Pantone libraries.
Where possible, unsupported spot colours should be converted to CMYK. We will then reproduce the colour as closely as possible using four-colour process printing. If you would like us to simulate a specific Pantone shade, please provide the Pantone reference with your order.
