My name is Sonia, and I work as a Customer Service Representative for the Spanish market.

What’s your professional background?

So far, my career has been both rewarding and stimulating. I’ve gained valuable experience in managing customer relationships, working closely with different departments, and resolving issues efficiently. I’ve focused on developing clear communication with customers and understanding their needs so that I can provide the best possible service.

How did your path lead you here?

I applied for a vacancy that I found on a job portal. The role immediately caught my attention because it matched my professional background and gave me the opportunity to work in my native language, Spanish.

What is your role and what does your typical day look like?

I work as a Customer Service Representative for the Spanish market, and no two days are the same. I handle customer enquiries, monitor orders, and work closely with other departments to respond quickly to our customers’ needs. It’s a role that requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and constant communication.

What makes your job special?

What I enjoy most about my role is the direct contact with customers and the opportunity to help them find the solution that best suits their needs. It’s also a role that allows me to keep learning and developing my skills every day.
