Meet the Team: André

Who are you? Tell us a little about yourself

I’m André, 47 years old. I would describe myself as a cheerful, open-minded person with a positive attitude. Being in a good mood is simply part of my everyday life.

What’s your professional background?

I trained as an electrician, then worked as a customer service technician for seven years, and spent 14 years as a caretaker at the Landal holiday park. I also worked as a customer service technician for entertainment devices for five years. Since 2025, I have been the in-house technician/facility manager at label.co.uk.

How did your path lead you to label.co.uk?

Friends who already work at label.co.uk asked me if I would like to join the team.

What is your role at label.co.uk and what does your typical day look like?

I make sure that all the machines are running and everything is working smoothly – I’m the “jack of all trades” in the building services department, so to speak.

What makes your job special?

What is special for me is that I can develop freely. My job is very varied, I can find creative solutions and help other people in the process.

I particularly appreciate the young, informal corporate culture and the people who work here.

What has been your highlight at label.co.uk so far?

One highlight for me was the relaunch of our DigiSheet – and, of course, the parties, such as the summer party and Christmas party.
