The uploaded data differs from the ordered format. The file must be the actual size of your label plus 2.5 mm bleed on each side. It is important that the bleed is defined in the file and not simply added to the document format.
For example: If you want a 100×100 mm label, the artboard must be created in its final size plus 2.5 mm bleed on each side. The final format must then be 105×105 mm.
